Chairman's Cabinet
Advisory Forum members are key partners dedicated to strengthening Israel’s national security, regional integration, and international stature. They contribute at least $2,500 annually or $209 monthly, and have the opportunity to:
- Receive critical insights and valuable analyses of the urgent national security issues facing Israel.
- Take part in roundtables and events with Misgav’s highly-influential team of Senior Fellows.
- Receive invites to special members-only briefings with Israel’s top experts and officials.
- Provide advice to the Institute and its Fellows on meeting Israel’s core security, diplomatic and economic challenges.
Chairman’s Cabinet members are an elite group of visionaries committed to ensuring a strong, resilient and prosperous future for Israel and the Middle East. They contribute at least $10,000 annually or $834 monthly. In additional to all of the benefits of Advisory Forum membership, they have the opportunity to:
- Participate in exclusive forums with the Misgav Institute’s Chair, former Israeli National Security Advisor Meir Ben Shabbat, and other leading policy-shapers on the most important strategic challenges facing Israel.

About the Misgav Institute:
The Misgav Institute for National Security and Zionist Strategy is Israel’s leading independent, non-partisan policy center. The Institute works closely with leaders, decision-makers and opinion-influencers to advance innovative and realist national security strategies, and to strengthen Israel’s regional and international ties.
The Misgav Institute is led by Meir Ben Shabbat, Israel’s longest-serving National Security Advisor (2017-2021). In his role as NSA, Ben Shabbat served as the chief Israeli architect of the historic Abraham Accords, and oversaw Israel’s strategic relations with world powers. Prior to this role, Ben Shabbat held numerous senior positions in Israel’s General Security Services (Shabak), including chief of the Southern, Counter-Intelligence, Research, and Cyber Divisions.
The Institute’s Executive Directors are Asher Fredman and David M. Weinberg. Its more than 30 Fellows and researchers include former high-ranking military and security officers, senior diplomats, and prominent professors and practitioners of Middle East affairs, Abraham Accords diplomacy, international relations, military strategy, homeland security, international law, technology and innovation, public diplomacy, and Israel-Diaspora relations.
