Arsen Ostrovsky: Another egregious display in the subversion of the law & unconscionable mockery of the very int’l legal framework, where South Africa is effectively acting as chief legal counsel for Hamas.

During an interview on i24 NEWS about the ICJ hearings against Israel, Misgav Senior Fellow Arsen Ostrovsky underscored the “absurdity and perversion of justice” of these hearings, which are being presided over by a demonstrably biased Judge from Lebanon, and with the involvement now also of Egypt and Turkey.

Ostrovsky called on the Biden Administration to exercise greater pressure on Egypt and Turkey, to refrain from participating in these mendacious and baseless proceedings.
