Arsen Ostrovsky about the outrageous attempt in Brazil to investigate an Israeli soldier for war crimes:
It is an obscene travesty of justice that someone who survived the Hamas massacre at the Nova Music Festival, would now be investigated on baseless allegations of war crimes.
This is part of an ongoing lawfare campaign targeting IDF soldiers, that is being waged by the extremist NGO ‘Hind Rajab Foundation’, whose founder Dyab Abou Jahjah is a known supporter of the Hezbollah terror group and had mourned the elimination of Hamas leader and October 7th mastermind, Yahya Sinwar.
If Hind Rajab Foundation truly cared about justice and the Rule of Law, which they clearly do not, they would be initiating proceedings against Hamas over the actions on October 7th and the ongoing captivity of Israeli hostages in Gaza.
